Navigating Knowledge in an AI World

Practical resources, frameworks, and ideas for learning, knowledge management, AI, and navigating information overload.

Meet Professor Andi

Andi Miller is an educator, writer, and knowledge management practitioner with more than 20 years of experience helping people learn, communicate, and solve problems.

Her work explores the intersection of learning, AI, knowledge mapping, organizational memory, and neurodiversity. She is particularly interested in how people and organizations find, share, preserve, and apply knowledge in an increasingly complex world.

Why This Work Matters to Me

My interest in accessible learning and thoughtful technology is deeply personal.

As a parent of a teenager with ADHD, the spouse of someone with ADHD and dyslexia, and someone who is neurospicy myself, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming traditional learning systems can become for many people.

Too often, students and educators are expected to navigate enormous amounts of information, technology, and pressure without enough support, flexibility, or equitable access to resources and opportunities.

That’s one of the reasons I’m passionate about ethical, human-centered AI. I believe thoughtful technology can help reduce friction, increase accessibility, support sustainability, and create learning environments that feel more inclusive, manageable, and human.

My goal is not to replace human learning or connection, but to help make both more accessible and equitable as education, technology, and daily life continue to evolve.
